FOOD IRRADIATION

Now I've got one more good reason not to eat fast food!

If you eat burgers, they most likely have been irradiated with nuclear waste to make sure it's fit to eat. Otherwise the filth the meat is processed in can give us e-coli, bacteria sickness, or death! Then we might sue!

The convenient surplus of nuclear waste has added this neat twist to the American food processing industry...

Meats one inch thick and under are ran nice and fast under an e-beam irradiator with hotter(more radioactive) nuke waste. This evidently kind of sticks--leaving the burgers and chops slightly radioactive.

Germs and insects and rats are killed on thicker food substances setting them on a conveyor belt whick carries it slowly past stacked up nuclear waste--like used fuel rods from a nuclear plant. This is done in a sealed off factory setting.

Right now (at the end of 2010) food dealers are seeking permission to zap lettuce and spinach, due to last year's problem of sewage water mixing with irrigation water. Across the planet irradiating foods is making up for unsanitary practices while growing our food.

Starting with spices, food irradiation has widely spread to many foods including but not necessarily limited to:

  • Spices
  • Dried Aromatic Herbs
  • Vegetable Seasoning
  • Manzano Chili
  • Spinach
  • Ground Meats
  • Seafood
  • Poultry
  • Guava
  • Mango
  • Star Fruit
  •

Yum yum. How do you like that?
